Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2314938A2] The method involves providing heat energy over a sorption heat exchanger (1) for desorption purposes. The heat energy is delivered using a heat carrier that is provided as an aerosol, which is formed by application of fluid in air in the heat exchanger. The heat carrier is supplied from a cooling side (1b) of the sorption heat exchanger. Hot water is pumped from a hot water tank (3) to nozzles (4) using a pump (2), and sprayed on the cooling side, during a desorption phase. Hydrophilic coating is provided on the cooling side for heat transmission from water to a separation wall (5). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sorption method for quasi-continuous conditioning of humidity air (2) a sorption device for quasi-continuous conditioning of humidity air.
