[origin: WO2010020240A2] Disclosed is an axial piston for an axial piston machine. Said axial piston consists of at least two parts forming a driving part and a compressing part. In order to be able to easily and inexpensively produce the axial piston while reducing the weight thereof, the parts are made using a shaping process and are joined together using a capacitor discharge welding process.
