[origin: CA2734789A1] The invention relates to a device for gasifying carbonaceous fuels, comprising an outlet for slag to a slag bath. The device is characterized by a gasifier outlet opening (6) comprising a ceramic drip edge (7) which can be electrically heated. The gasifier outlet opening can thus be reliably maintained at a temperature which ensures the discharge of the slag.
