[origin: EP2316532A2] The device has a catch device (24) arranged between an actuating device of a winch device and a pulley wheel in a force transmission path. The catch device is switchable between two operating conditions, where the catch device is connected with the wheel in a force transmitting manner in one of the conditions. The catch device freely rotates relative to the pulley in another condition. The actuating device has a lever arm (28) that is arranged such that the lever arm discharges a rotary force into the force transmission path using the catch device.
