Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2317052A2] The fastener has a connection profile (1) for connecting a support profile (17) of a sliding door with a building ceiling or a wall, where the connection profile has a contact surface (5). The connection profile has a projection (7) that is engaged into a fastening channel (21) of the support profile in a form-fit manner. The projection has a dovetail-shaped cross-section, where the support and connection profiles are made from light metal. The connection profile has recesses at ends for accommodating plate-shaped elements (13, 14) that are made from glass, metal, plastic or wood.
