[origin: EP2317239A2] The heater (10) has a reservoir (12) extending along main axis (A), where the reservoir containers heat water. A heat exchange circuit (14) comprises a cylindrical shaped rotary compressor (18) that circulates the refrigerant in the heat exchange circuit. An axis (B) of the rotary compressor is inclined with respect to the main axis of the reservoir. The axis (B) is inclined at an angle between 5 and 85 degrees with respect to the main axis. An independent claim is also included for an assembly of a thermodynamic water heater and a water heater shipping container.
