Abstract (en)
The machine has carbon brushes (58) arranged in a brush holder and engaged to a commutator. A temperature-dependent deformable component (218) intercepts an electrical connection between the carbon brushes and commutator during achievement of a triggering temperature. The deformable component is arranged on a boiler (210) for receiving the carbon brushes, and forms a supporting surface (256) for a spring (216) that actuates the carbon brushes. The deformable component is made up of bi-metal, and spring disk is accommodated between contact plates.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrische Maschine (10), insbesondere eine Startvorrichtung für eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine mit einem Bürstenhalter (240). Im Bürstenhalter (240) sind eine Anzahl von Kohlebürsten (58) aufgenommen, die an einen Kommutator (52) angestellt sind. Ein temperaturabhängig verformbares Bauteil (218, 236) unterbricht bei Erreichen einer Auslösetemperatur Ñ A eine elektrische Verbindung (226) zwischen den Kohlebürsten (58) und dem Kommutator (52).
