Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2010023087A2] The invention relates to a drying device of a dishwasher (GS), comprising at least one sorption container (SB) containing reversibly dehydratable sorption material (ZEO). Said sorption container is connected to the rinsing container (SPB) of the dishwasher by means of at least one air guiding channel (LK). The sorption material (ZEO) is provided in the sorption container (SB) as bulk in the form of a granular solid or granulate having a plurality of particle bodies with a granular size of essentially between 1 and 6 mm, in particular between 2.4 and 4.8 mm. The filling height (H) of the particle body corresponds to at least 5 times the particle size.
