Said composter also comprises, in the upper intermediate base (4), at least one compost transfer opening (21) which can be closed by a rotatable cover (7), in the lower intermediate base (8), at least one compost transfer opening (21) which can be closed by a rotatable cover (9), and in the central chamber (2), at least one scraper (18) that can be displaced on the lower intermediate base (8) for extracting compost from the central chamber (2).
