[origin: EP2319339A1] A helmet comprising a cap (20) and a front air intake (1) located in a front region of the cap (20), suitable for being located in front of the mouth of a user, wherein said air intake (1) includes at least one opening (2), a grille (3), and a first frame (4) applied in a removable manner around the opening (2) and the grille (3). The opening (2) is covered at least partially by the grille (3). The helmet further includes a second frame (7) fastened to the cap (20) around the opening (2), wherein the grille (3) is placed between the first frame (4) and the second frame (7).
