Abstract (en)
The coating has a bottom layer on a substrate, where the bottom layer has a connection matrix and is selected from the group consisting of silicone resin, titanate, zirconate and their mixtures. The connection matrix contains a portion related to the weight of the bottom layer of a thermoplastic synthetic material. The bottom layer is free from polytetrafluorethylene. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for applying a coating on a substrate; and (2) Powder, granulate, dispersion or solution for production of bottom layer for coating.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Beschichtung für ein Substrat, mit einer Grundschicht auf dem Substrat, wobei die Grundschicht eine Bindematrix, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Silikonharz, Titanat, Zirkonat, Silanen und Mischungen derselben, umfasst, wobei die Bindematrix einen Anteil von 0,5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Grundschicht, eines thermoplastischen Kunststoffs enthält; sowie ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen der Beschichtung auf ein Substrat.
