Abstract (en)
The apparatus has a male molding part (1) and a female molding part (5) made of wooden materials, where plate-shaped electrically heatable heating materials (2, 4) are arranged at external edges of the male molding part and the female molding part. A stack of pressing goods (3) is arranged between the heating materials, where the pressing goods are in the form of thin veneer layers. The veneer layers are coated with heat activated adhesive, where the apparatus is closed and pressed with pressure of less than 1 bar.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressform für die Umformung von Holzwerkstoffen aus Furnierlagen, mit der kostengünstig Pressmaterial aus Lagen- und Sperrhölzern unter Verwendung von wärmeaktivierbaren Klebstoff unter Einwirkung von Druck und Wärme verformt werden. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass in die ein- oder mehrfach gekrümmte Holzpressform die mit wärmeaktiviertem Klebstoff beschichteten Furnierlagen und plattenförmiges, elektrisch beheizbares Heizmaterial eingelegt sind.
