Luminous signaling device, comprising at least a modular element (11) having a tubular support (26) and an associated light source (25) conformed to emit light uniformly in every direction. The tubular support (26) comprises coupling means for the mechanical coupling, in a superimposed condition, of the modular element (11) with other modular elements (11), a cover element (12), a base element (14), and one or more separation elements (21).
