Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem Verdampfermodul zur Kühlung des Innenraums des Gerätes sowie mit Beleuchtungsmitteln, mittels derer der Innenraum des Gerätes und/oder der aus Sicht des Nutzers vor dem Innenraum des Gerätes befindliche Bereich wenigstens teilweise beleuchtbar ist, wobei die Beleuchtungsmittel an dem Verdampfermodul angeordnet sind.
