[origin: WO2010004210A1] The invention relates to a shuttering method and system for producing a bridge. According to this method, a slab (3) is prefabricated in at least one section on a shuttering area (A). For each girder (2) of the bridge (1), a downwardly open longitudinal cavity (10) is formed in the thickness of the slab such that the slab rests on a top flange (6) of the girder (2) on each side of the cavity. A connection (11) is created and maintained between portions (4, 5) of the slab (3) on respective sides of the girder, allowing the insertion of connectors (9). After each section has been formed, the method includes a step whereby an already prefabricated slab part is pushed longitudinally. For each girder, the longitudinal cavity takes the form of a downwardly open longitudinal tunnel (10) in the thickness of the slab (3), such that the slab (3) rests on the flange (6) of the girder on each side of the tunnel (10) and the tunnel forms an arch (11) acting as a reinforced concrete connection over the connectors. For each tunnel, at least one shaft (16) is formed through the arch, between an upper surface (18) of the slab and the tunnel, and once the slab has been definitively installed on the girder self-compacting concrete is poured through the shaft into the tunnel to seal the slab to the girder.
