Said device comprises a tubular reactor having at least one magnet, a suspension being able to flow through the reactor. The reactor (2) comprises at least one extraction line (3) branching off from the reactor (2), to which extraction line a negative pressure can be applied and which extraction line is surrounded by a permanent magnet (4) in the region of the branching.
