[origin: EP2324747A2] The nozzle (1) has a connecting piece (3) provided on an L-shaped housing (2) for connection with a vacuum cleaner. A suction piece (5) is provided with a suction opening (6) and is rotatably mounted relative to the housing, and a rotary brush roller is arranged at a region of the suction opening in the suction piece and is driven by a turbine. The suction piece with the brush roller and the turbine are arranged at bracket, where the turbine is coupled with the brush roller by a power transmission unit and is arranged between the connecting piece and the brush roller.
