[origin: DE102008055794A1] The door column (4) has a fixed stand column at which a door is pivotably supported by a coupling unit. The coupling unit contains a rotary column whose longitudinal axis extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stand column. A single rotary column is provided which is formed as a cylinder sleeve and the stand column is engaged in the cylindrical inner recess of the rotary column.
