[origin: EP2325596A2] The ignition device (Z) is firmly mounted at the rear end of a penetrator and is connected with a booster charge (V). The booster charge is arranged on a longitudinal axis (LA) of the penetrator in the direction of an insert at a distance from the ignition device by a distance piece (A). The distance is so selected such that a cavity resulting during the event of bending of the insert in its longitudinal extension in the direction of the insert before the ignition device is less than the distance.
