[origin: EP2325706A1] The device (1) has a bent arm which is slidably mounted axially relative to bar (10) between a retracted position A and a deployed position B. One end of arm cooperates with a piston to push a latter towards interior of a tube. A controller cooperates with the arm to move the arm from the retracted position A to the deployed position B and vice versa.
