Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2327349A1] The method involves opening a valve (10) mounted on a water circulation pipe (9) connecting a water circulation pump (6) i.e. centrifugal pump, to a water storage reservoir (8) of a dish washing machine (1). Cleaning liquid i.e. water, is circulated through the pipe from the storage reservoir by the pump. The liquid is returned to a washing tank (2) by overflowing through an opening (15) provided in fluid communication with the tank. The liquid is discharged from the storage reservoir towards the tank by gravity by the valve in open position and through the pump at stop position.
