[origin: WO2010028923A1] The invention relates to a press-on unit (1) for a paper, cardboard, or tissue machine, having a support element (2) and a counter-element (3), and at least one pressure body (4) disposed between the support element and the counter-element, said pressure body able to be deformed at least in sections and comprising at least one hollow chamber (5) that can be pressurized with a pressure fluid, wherein the pressure body is supported on the support element and deforms in case of an increase or decrease of pressurization of the hollow chamber thereof relative to an initial state by means of the pressure fluid, thus enlarging or becoming smaller in a pressing direction, whereupon the pressure body exerts onto the counter-element a pressing force that is greater or smaller than the initial state, and having a holding device (7), by means of which the pressure body is held in position during the deforming thereof. The invention is characterized in that the holding device comprises at least one cloth (8) that wraps around the pressure body at least in sections and allows the deformation of the pressure body, said cloth holding the pressure body in a position perpendicular to the pressing direction, said position being fixed relative to the support and/or counter-element during the deformation of the pressure body. The invention further relates to a pressing arrangement, a doctor blade, guide or scraper device, and a suction roll for a paper, cardboard, or tissue machine having a press-on unit according to the invention.
