[origin: EP2329960A2] The clip has an external bracket (1) including two external clamping flanges (2), and two transverse bars (4) aligned to each other and formed at ends of the clamping flanges. Two right and left internal clamping flanges (5) project from ends of the transverse bars inside the external bracket. A slot (6) is formed between the internal clamping flanges, where ends of the internal clamping flanges are connected with each other such that spring force on both sides of the slot is variably large. The slot separates the internal clamping flanges.
