[origin: EP2330010A1] The seat has a tilting device (8) for tilting a guardrail (4) against a support arch (3) between a lowered position and raised position. The tilting device is arranged in a manner so that the guardrail pivots around a rotation instantaneous axis, when the guardrail is tilted between the lowered position and raised position. The rotation instantaneous axis is displaced with respect to the support arch.
