[origin: EP2330259A2] The cladding element (1) comprises a base body which is coated at its outer side with a plastering layer in a sectional manner. A groove (20) is placed in the plastering layer. A profile strip (21) is placed in the groove. The profile strip protrudes from a plastering layer plane. The profile strip is provided as plastering traction edge for another plastering layer (25) extending till the profile strip. The base body is made of polystyrene, polyurethane-foam, rock wool or glass wool.
