[origin: EP2330335A1] The device has a fastening part (26) that is detachably fastened to a gas cylinder (20). The fastening part is connected with an upper part (28) via a non-detachable pivoting connection. The upper part is movable between a locked condition and an unlocked condition by a pivoting movement. The upper part overlaps a handwheel (24) in a valve (22) in the gas cylinder, in the locked condition, where the upper part is locked by a locking device (30) in the locked condition. The operation of handwheel is inhibited, in the unlocked condition of the upper part.
