Abstract (en)
The strip (30) has two sealing surfaces (35) for sealing against a cooking chamber flange (10) and cooking chamber door, where the strip is made of temperature-resistant plastic material. An orifice is provided between the sealing surfaces and connected with an aperture (38), which allows vapor- and/or liquid passage in a transverse direction by the strip. A core strand (34) i.e. fabric tube, is made from a heat-resistant fiber material and solid material, and the passage is realized by penetration of the core strand. A sealing body (32) includes a sealing lip with one of the sealing surfaces.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Türdichtungstrang 30 eines Gargeräts zur Dichtung zwischen einem Garraumflansch 10 und einer Garraumtür, bei dem aus einem temperaturbeständigen Kunststoff eine erste Dichtfläche 35 zum Dichten gegen den Garraumflansch 10 und eine zweite Dichtfläche 36 zum Dichten gegen die Garraumtür vorgesehen sind. Dabei befindet sich zwischen der ersten Dichtfläche 35 und der zweiten Dichtfläche ein Durchlass, der einen kunststofffreien Bereich 38 aufweist, und es wird einen Dampf- und/oder Flüssigkeitsdurchtritt in Querrichtung durch den Türdichtungsstrang (30) ermöglicht.
