[origin: WO2010025907A1] The invention relates to an electric connection element (1) for connecting the end of at least one electric wire (3) having an electric insulation sheath (5) with a flexible ply (7) having parallel electric tracks (9). Said connection element (1) includes a support portion (13) having a bottom (15) contacting a stripped portion (17) of the electric wire (3) configured to be in direct contact with the flexible ply (7), and at least one tip (19) connected to the bottom (15) and intended to pierce an associated electric track (9) and to be crimped in order to ensure both an electrical connection and a mechanical support between the electric wire (3) and the flexible ply (7) and a mechanical support of the stripped portion (17) of the electric wire (3) against the flexible ply (7).
