Abstract (en)
The device (10) has a positioning and moving mechanism (40) for positioning a support plate (14) and a guide (20) one with respect to another. The mechanism moves the plate and the guide one with respect to another between inactive and active positions of the device. The plate and the guide are moved away from each other to install a window (12) on the plate or to remove the window from the plate, in the inactive position. The plate and the guide are opposite to each other to guide a degreaser liquid type fluid application tool on the window immobilized on the plate, in the active position.

Dispositif de préparation d'au moins une vitre (12) avant son montage dans un véhicule, comprenant une platine de support (14) sur laquelle la vitre peut être immobilisée. Le dispositif comporte au moins un guide (20) conformé pour guider un outil d'application sur la vitre d'un fluide de préparation. Un mécanisme (40) permet de positionner l'un par rapport à l'autre la platine (14) et le guide (20) et de les déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre entre une position inactive du dispositif à laquelle la platine et le guide sont éloignés l'un de l'autre pour permettre d'installer la vitre sur la platine ou de retirer la vitre de la platine et une position active du dispositif à laquelle la platine et le guide sont en regard l'un de l'autre pour permettre le guidage de l'outil d'application sur la vitre immobilisée sur la platine.
