[origin: EP2333335A1] The pump has an eccentric disk (5a) operated by a motor and acting at an end of a plunger such that a small piston (2a) with a cylinder (3a), which is arranged coaxial to a valve body (1a), is sealed. The cylinder is hydraulically connected with a line for power supply of cylinder (7) of a tool (W). The plunger is axially displaced together with a closure body (1x) in relation to the angle of rotation of the eccentric disk for continuous changing of flow cross-section for oil, which comes from the cylinder of the tool, to penetrate into a valve and exit around a tank (1).
