[origin: WO2009052791A2] The invention relates to a device (1) for activating or cleaning filter pipe wells and comprises a first and a second volume body (7, 8), which each extend longitudinally relative to the longitudinal well axis (9), the outside diameters thereof being substantially adjusted to the inside diameter of the filter pipe (5), and the outer peripheral surfaces thereof being configured flexibly with respect to the longitudinal well axis (9) at least radially, such that a sealing effect is achieved between the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective volume bodies (7, 8) and the inside wall of the filter pipe (5). A removal chamber (6) is configured between the first and second volume bodies (7, 8) and the inside wall of the filter pipe (5), wherein said chamber can be hydraulically connected to a pump device and wherein the height (h) thereof is determined from the distance of the two volume bodies (7, 8) relative to each other. The longitudinal extension of the respective volume bodies (7, 8) in the direction of the longitudinal axis corresponds substantially to the height (h) of the removal chamber (6).
