[origin: WO2010040457A1] The invention relates to an installation switch device (1) having a housing (8), comprising a front side (3), a fastening side and narrow sides (6) arranged in between and wide sides, and having a connecting clamp (10) held in a clamp receiving chamber of the housing (8), comprising a clamping frame (12) having at least one clamping chamber (20) that is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner perpendicular to the fastening side in the clamp receiving chamber, a clamping screw (24) having an actuating end (26) and a clamping end (30) opposite thereof, which can be screwed into or out of a thread opening of the clamping frame (12) between a screwed-in position when the clamp is closed and a screwed-out position when the clamp is open, wherein a clamp cover part (60) is coupled to the clamp end (30) of the clamping screw (24) and thus can be carried along in the movement direction (50) of the clamp screw (24), said cover part being dimensioned such that when the clamp screw (24) is screwed in, the clamping chamber is covered such that it cannot be touched. First detent means is arranged on the clamp cover part (60) and second detent means is arranged on the housing wall such that they interlock when the clamp is open, thereby preventing the clamp frame from displacement.
