Abstract (en)
The device i.e. motor chain saw (1), has a starter device provided for starting a combustion motor and comprising an electro-motor. A rechargeable battery package is connected with the electro-motor via a switching device for driving the electro-motor. A common operating element is provided for switching-on an igniter and activation of the starter device. The element is adjustable in a stop-position, operating position and start position, where the operating position lies between the stop- and the start-positions. An operating lever (13) or touching lever is provided as the operating element.

Ein handgeführte Arbeitsgerät mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einer Zündung ist mit einer Starteinrichtung für den Verbrennungsmotor ausgerüstet. Die Starteinrichtung umfasst einen Elektromotor und zum Antrieb des Elektromotors ist ein Akku (10) vorgesehen, der über eine Schalteinrichtung mit diesem verbunden wird. Zur Vereinfachung der Anordnung und sicheren Handhabung ist ein gemeinsames Bedienungselement zum Einschalten der Zündung und Aktivieren der Starteinrichtung vorhanden, das zumindest in eine Stopp-Stellung (0), eine Betriebsstellung (I) und eine Startstellung einstellbar ist, wobei die Betriebsstellung (I) zwischen der Stopp-Stellung (0) und der Startstellung liegt.
