[origin: EP2336063A1] The method involves supporting a material web (20) at a predetermined rate, where the material web is curved in a lateral edge region using a color leading mold (44). The side edge of the curved edge portion is brought in contact with body paint (42), so that the side edge of the web is highlighted by the color in a marking process. An independent claim is also included for a method for conveying a moving single-layer or multilayer material web.
