Abstract (en)
The machine has a multi-needle head with needle points moved in engagement with a stick drive in an active position. The points are moved out of engagement with the drive in a passive position. A thread cutter is provided at each of the needle points. The thread cutter comprises a movable clamping part and a stationary clamping part for a needle thread. A bolt (63), a guide bar (65), a pivoting arm (67), a compressed air cylinder (75) and a shaft (77) are provided for the head to actuate the thread cutter.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrnadelkopf-Stickmaschine mit wenigstens einem Mehrnadelkopf (11). Der Mehrnadelkopf (11) mit einer Mehrzahl von Nadelstellen (13) ist an einer Tragstruktur (59) ausgebildet, und besitzt relativ zur Tragstruktur bewegliche Teile. An der Tragstruktur (59) ist ein Stick-Antrieb für eine Nadelstelle (13), bzw. die arbeitenden Nadelstellen, angeordnet. An jeder Nadelstelle (13) sind Stichbildungsorgane, wie Nadelstössel für die Nadel und Fadenausgleichseinheit (21, 23) ausgebildet. Die Nadelstellen (13) sind gegenüber der Tragstruktur (59) und dem Stick-Antrieb in eine Aktiv-Stellung in Eingriff mit dem Stick-Antrieb und eine Passiv-Stellung ausser Eingriff mit dem StickAntrieb bewegbar. Bei einer solchen Mehmadelkopf-Stickmaschine ist erfindungsgemäss an jeder Nadelstelle (13) des Mehrnadelkopfes (11) ein Fadenschneider (27) ausgebildet. Jeder Fadenschneider (27) umfasst eine Klemmeinrichtung (45,47) für den Faden (10).
