Abstract (en)
The system has passage openings (1) exhibiting a feeding zone (2) for a raw material at an inlet side. The openings are provided with knife zones (4), at which a knife cut (3) that runs in a conveying direction is produced. The feeding zone is designed in a conical and deeper manner. The knife cut is provided with a hard surface coating, where a passage length of the knife zones is larger around a factor three in relation to the feeding zone. The knife cut is integrated in a contour form of a tool base body.

Es wird eine Vorschneider- oder Lochscheibe für mehrteilige Schneidsätze von Zerkleinerungsmaschinen, insbesondere für Fleischwölfe und dergleichen beschrieben, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Durchflussöffnungen der Vorschneider- oder Lochscheibe mit einer Mehrzahl von sich zumindest im Wesentlichen in Rohstoff-Förderrichtung erstreckenden Messerschneiden versehen ist.
