Abstract (en)
The element (1) has two sets of composite panels (7) forming a lower face and an upper face, respectively. A metallic framework (2) is arranged between the two sets of panels, and an insulating element is located in an interjoist formed by the framework, where the insulating element is made of glass wool. Each panel is constituted of two outer metal claddings that are separated from one another, and an insulated web that is made of mineral fibers or fibrous-silicate and placed between the metal claddings. An independent claim is also included for a building extension comprising two steel structures.

L'invention concerne un élément de construction (1) constitué: - d'un ensemble de panneaux (7) composées constituant la face inférieure, - d'un ensemble de panneaux (7) composites constituant la face supérieure, - d'une ossature métallique (2) disposée entre les deux et formant au moins un entrevous (21), et - d'un élément isolant (23) situé dans l'entrevous (21) ; les panneaux composites des faces inférieure et supérieure étant constitués chacun de deux parements métalliques externes placés espacés et d'une âme isolante en fibres minérales qui est placée entre lesdits parements. L'invention concerne également des extensions d'immeubles comprenant lesdits éléments de construction.
