[origin: EP2340745A1] The cushion has a body (1) provided with an inclined flank comprising a rounded profile extending from a flat base (2) to a cushion top (3). A nose (4) comprises a base part (5) extending perpendicular to the flank at a distance (d) of 6 cm. The nose is centrally positioned on the flank, and comprises a front section (6) with an inclination including an inclination angle (alpha) and an intermediate section (7) connecting the front section to the body. The intermediate section includes another inclination angle (beta), where the latter inclination angle is smaller than the former angle.
