[origin: EP2341209A1] The arrangement (10) has a fastening region (50) extended along sealing-sided and counter element-sided insulation rods (22, 23) in a connection direction. A sealing region (40) has a sealed limit stop (41) to seal wing elements e.g. window wings or door wings, where the wing elements cooperate with a fixed part of a window frame or a door frame. A covering region (60) is brought from a mounting position into an active position and vice versa. The covering region partially covers the fastening region in the active position and is supported at the sealing region by forming rotating points (61).
