Abstract (en)
The method involves emitting auxiliary alert signal for signaling an alarm if crew does not react to the alarm at the end of a first time interval from emission. A second time interval is determined during which the crew is required to react to the emitted alarm by implementing a procedure for avoiding the danger at the starting of the alarm. Automatic avoidance operation along an avoidance path for coping with the danger is implemented if the crew does not react to the alarm at the end of the second time interval, and only if the avoidance path is calculated. An independent claim is also included for a device for detecting lack of reaction of a crew of an aircraft to an alarm regarding danger related to a path of the aircraft, comprising a monitoring unit.

- Procédé et dispositif de détection d'absence de réaction de l'équipage d'un aéronef à une alarme liée à une trajectoire. - Le dispositif (1) comporte des moyens (6, 8) pour émettre automatiquement au moins un signal d'alerte auxiliaire permettant de signaler une alarme liée à une trajectoire de l'aéronef, en cas d'absence de réaction de l'équipage à cette alarme.
