[origin: EP2163218A1] The apparatus has a subcutaneous and intracutaneous laser treating instrument (1) for dispensing treatment doses e.g. chemical product, via an outlet of the instrument and for sucking up the treatment doses via an inlet. Localizing units deliver data coding three-dimensional instantaneous absolute position of the outlet and/or inlet of the instrument. A dosimetry electronic control unit calculates a dosimetry parameter e.g. displacement speed of the outlet or inlet of the instrument, from localization data delivered by the localizing units.
