Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2010040940A1] The invention relates to a method for vaporising liquefied natural gas, said method consisting of using previously dehumidified ambient air as a direct heat exchange fluid in a first air heat exchanger (5) in order to heat said liquefied natural gas up to a certain temperature. The dehumidification of the ambient air consists of lowering the air temperature in a second air heat exchanger (4) by direct heat exchange with said liquefied natural gas previously heated in said first heat exchanger (5) up to at least said certain temperature, said certain temperature being from about -10°C to -25°C.
