Abstract (en)
The method involves conveying waste material into a vibratory feeder bowl (3) and further conveying the waster material onto a spiral shaped upward transport web in the vibratory feeder bowl. The waste material, particularly paper piece (22), is vacuumed or removed from the vibratory feeder bowl, particularly from the transport web, by a tubular paper suction device (26). The paper suction device is impinged with low pressure. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for recovering tobacco in or from a cigarette manufacturing machine of tobacco processing industry.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Tabak in oder aus einer Zigarettenherstellmaschine (1) der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, wobei Ausschussmaterial (20, 21, 22) in einen Schwingfördertopf (3) hinein gefördert und im Schwingfördertopf (3) auf einer spiralförmig ansteigenden Transportbahn (3a) weiter gefördert wird, eine entsprechende Anordnung (2), eine Verwendung und eine Zigarettenherstellmaschine (1) der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass mittels einer mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten oder beaufschlagbaren rohrförmigen Papierabsaugvorrichtung (26) Ausschussmaterial (20, 21, 22), insbesondere Papierstücke (22), aus dem Schwingfördertopf (3), insbesondere aus der Transportbahn (3a), abgesaugt und entfernt wird.
