[origin: WO2010052194A1] The invention relates to a collector plate (10) for a heat exchanger, comprising a web (12) with openings for the passage of the pipes of the heat exchanger and a groove (14), referred to as a groove for receiving the lid of a collecting box, capable of receiving a seal (104) and a portion of the lid and having a base (18) and two respectively inner (16) and outer (20) flanges connected to the base (18). According to the invention, the inner flange (16) is connected to the web (14) and is subdivided into at least two separate sections, said two separate sections being separated by at least one recess (30), and the recess (30) between two separate portions of said inner flange (16) being located at least at the location of a collector plate (10) for receiving a bent portion of the seal. The invention also relates to a heat exchanger including such a plate, and can particularly be used in the automotive industry.
