Abstract (en)
Feeding device for a coating material, preferably chocolate, comprises: a distribution bar (1) exhibiting a feed line for the coating material and several lockable nozzles (6) on it; a first chamber connected to the feed line in the distribution bar; and a partition wall (5) provided with openings for forming a second chamber, in the distribution bar. The nozzles are connected on the second chamber and the openings are formed such that the pressure in the second chamber in the longitudinal direction of the distribution bar is same as the pressure in the first chamber. Feeding device for a coating material, preferably chocolate, comprises: a distribution bar (1) exhibiting a feed line for the coating material and several lockable nozzles (6) on it, which are at least partially impinged with a gas and are formed as spray nozzles; a first chamber connected to the feed line in the distribution bar; and a partition wall (5) provided with openings for forming a second chamber, in the distribution bar. The nozzles are connected on the second chamber and the openings are formed such that the pressure in the second chamber in the longitudinal direction of the distribution bar is same as the pressure in the first chamber. An independent claim is also included for a dragee-making device comprising a coating room, where at least one above mentioned feeding device is arranged in the coating room.

Eine Zuführeinrichtung für ein Beschichtungsmaterial, insbesondere für Schokolade, umfasst einen Verteilerbalken (1), der eine Zuleitung (2) für das Beschichtungsmaterial aufweist und an dem eine Vielzahl von verschließbaren Düsen (6, 7) vorgesehen sind, die zumindest teilweise mit einem Gas beaufschlagbar und als Sprühdüsen (7) ausgebildet sind, wobei in dem Verteilerbalken (1) eine mit der Zuleitung (2) verbundene erste Kammer (10) ausgebildet ist. Dabei ist in dem Verteilerbalken (1) zur Ausbildung einer zweiten Kammer (11) eine mit Öffnungen (30, 31, 32) versehene Trennwand (5) angeordnet, an die zweite Kammer (11) sind die Düsen (6, 7) angeschlossen und die Öffnungen (30, 31, 32) sind so ausgebildet, dass in der zweiten Kammer (11) in Längsrichtung des Verteiferbalkens (1) im Wesentlichen der gleiche Druck herrscht.
