The device has an accommodating unit (1) movable in two directions and pivotable in a pivot axis (3). A video camera (6) is connected with a computer, where the camera and a drilling unit (7) are connected by a fixed coupling. A glass plate (2) and spectacle lenses (2', 2'') are arranged in the accommodating unit so that tangential planes of its surfaces form a right angle with an axis of a recording lens of the camera and a drilling axis of the drilling unit. The accommodating unit has a common retainer for the glass plate or spectacle lenses.

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Einrichtung zum Bohren und Fräsen von Brillengläsern für das Einbringen von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme und Befestigung von Brillenbügeln u. ä. unter Verwendung eines Vorlagenglases (2), wobei das Vorlagenglas (2) und das zu bohrende Brillenglas (2', 2") in Aufnahmen eingesetzt sind und über Blocker in diesen gehalten werden. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einer Aufnahmeeinheit (1), einer Videokamera (6) und einer Bohreinheit (7), die über eine feste Kopplung verbunden und vertikal verstellbar in der Einrichtung angeordnet sind. Die Position der Bohrung im Vorlagenglas (2) wird von der Videokamera (6) erfasst. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Aufnahmeeinheit (1) eine gemeinsame Aufnahme für das Vorlagenglas (2) oder das Brillenglas (2', 2") auf. Durch die softwaretechnische Erkennung der äußeren Form und Lage sowohl des Vorlagenglases als auch des Brillenglases erfolgt die Positionierung der Gläser unabhängig von der Positionierung der Blockung hinreichend genau, so dass eine höhere Genauigkeit der Bearbeitung ermöglicht wird.
