[origin: EP2345782A1] The cylinder (10) has a reset mechanism comprising a sleeve (50) carried by a cylinder housing (20). The sleeve surrounds a section, which extends in axial direction, of a cylinder core (30), connected with a locking nose (40) and comprises a groove (80) extending around longitudinal axis of the sleeve.An adjusting element (60) is arranged in an axially displaceable manner and carried by the cylinder housing. The element is supported against force of spring (70) in which the groove is engaged, and the nose is rotated in predetermined position and formed on the sleeve. An independent claim is also included for a door with an anti panic cylinder.
