[origin: WO2010048924A1] A lighting module (1) is described that comprises a plurality of radiation-emitting semiconductor components (2), a connecting support (3) on which the radiation-emitting semiconductor components (2) are arranged, and a cooling element (6) which is connected to the front surface of the connecting support (3). The cooling element (6) has a base (4) and a means (5) designed to locally modify the thermal resistance of the cooling element (6). The average thermal resistance of the cooling element (6) decreases along a main direction of extension of the lighting module (1).
