Abstract (en)

A dispensing device of roll paper operated by single hand includes a pushable active shell (13) which has a housing containing roll paper and making the roll paper move in it. A cutting mechanism (2) is installed at an exit (133) of roll paper inside the shell. The dispensing device of roll paper also includes a pushing, clamping and fixing mechanism (3), which cooperates with the cutting mechanism (2) and makes the appropriated length of paper tape be supported or fixed. The device can be operated by single hand and the roll paper is replaced conveniently. A method of dispensing roll paper of the device is as follows: firstly, grasping the paper head hanging at the exit by hand, and drawing out a fit length of paper tape, then pushing the shell to make the roll paper move in the housing, the cutting mechanism works at the same time and cuts off the paper tape, at last, the paper head moves out of the point of cutting when the shell resets.
