[origin: US2009212149A1] A paper roll feeder device including a pushing movable shelf with a placing space, which for the movement of the paper roll. It also set a cutting device on the paper export. The paper roll would rotate in the opposite direction to the coiling one and pull out the paper tape by pushing the shelf and then cutting the paper tape by the cutting device of the shelf. The paper head would automatic stretch while the shelf gets back to its position in order to next taking paper. In addition, it is a paper tape pushing supported device in the shelf which is suitable for cutting paper device so that it could support or fix the paper tape when it is pulled out to the regular length. In this way, through passing the shelf, it could automatically pull out and cut the paper tape which is in the shelf.
